当社（YANAI SEA）は、原則として、個人情報を取得いたしません。ただし、以下プライバシーポリシーに則り、お問合せおよび広告SDK設置のため、個人情報を取り扱う場合があります。
当社（YANAI SEA）は、当社が提供するアプリケーション「APPLE社が提供するAPPSTOREからリンクされた本アプリケーション」(以下「APPSTOREからリンクされた本アプリケーション」をiOS、MAC、IPHONEでご利用いただく場合を含み、以下「本アプリケーション」といいます)および本アプリケーションに関するサービス(以下「本サービス」といいます)を通じて、お客様のプライバシー情報を尊重し、適切に保護することを約束します。
1.プライバシー情報の取得と利用目的
当社は、本アプリケーションおよび本サービスの提供等に当たり、原則、個人情報を取得いたしません。
ただし、次の利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で以下に記載するプライバシー情報をアプリケーション経由で自動的に取得およびお客様の手入力により登録していただき、取り扱います。
（1）メールアドレス、氏名、生年月日(契約者と利用者が異なる場合は、両者の氏名、生年月日をご登録いただきます)、住所、電話番号

利用目的：本アプリケーションの購入およびお問い合わせがあった場合に本サービス提供の際にお客様を識別するため。本サービスを提供するため。当社からお客様への本サービスに関するご案内のため。
（2）シリアルID
取得方法：アプリケーションによる自動取得もしくはお客様の入力による取得
利用目的：本サービス提供のため。広告掲載のためにアプリ内に設置するSDKによるIDの自動取得のため。お問い合わせ対応のため。
（3）シリアルIDに紐付く端末固有識別子
取得方法：アプリケーションによる自動取得
利用目的：本サービス提供のため。
(4) 端末名（設定アプリにて設定している値）、OSバージョン、SIMに保存されている通信事業者情報、端末モデル名、端末識別ID（identifierForVendor）
取得方法：アプリケーションによる自動取得
利用目的：本サービス提供の際に端末を識別するため。または、広告掲載のためにアプリ内に設置するSDKによるIDの自動取得のため。
(5) アプリのバージョン、アプリのバンドルID、ユーザーエージェント
取得方法：アプリケーションによる自動取得
利用目的：本サービス提供の際にアプリケーションを識別するため。
(6)購入履歴
取得方法：アプリ内課金実施時にアプリケーションによる自動取得
利用目的：本サービスお問い合わせ対応のため。
2.プライバシー情報の管理
当社は、プライバシー情報を適切に管理し、お客様の同意を得ずに第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、以下の場合は、法令に基づき開示する場合があります。
(1) 法令に基づく場合
(2) 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であり、お客様の同意を得ることが困難である場合
本アプリケーションおよび本サービスは本アプリケーション・プライバシーポリシーをご確認いただき、内容を理解したうえでご利用ください。お客様は本アプリケーションをインストールする際に、本アプリケーション・プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。本アプリケーションは、原則個人情報を取得していませんが、アイテム購入や広告などにおいて利用者情報を取得・蓄積する際には、当社サーバーへのデータ送信を停止する手段を提供しておりません。利用者情報の取得・蓄積・当社サーバーへのデータ送信を停止したい場合には、本アプリをアンインストールしてください。
3.適用対象・免責
本アプリケーション・プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリケーションおよび本サービスのみに適用されます。本アプリケーションおよび本サービスからアクセスする当社以外の事業者の外部URLアドレス、または個人のURLアドレス等における利用者情報の取扱いについては、当社は責任を負いかねます。

4.本アプリケーション・プライバシーポリシーの変更
（1）当社は、法令の変更等に伴い、本アプリケーション・プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。
（2）当社は、本アプリケーションのバージョンアップに伴って、利用者情報の取得項目の変更や追加、利用目的の変更、第三者提供等について変更がある場合には、当社ウェブサイトへの掲載をもってお客様へ通知いたします。ただし、法令上同意が必要となるような内容の変更の場合は、当社所定の方法でお客様の同意を得るものといたします。

(3) Device-specific identifier associated with the Serial ID.
Acquisition method: Automatically acquired by the application.
Purpose of use: To provide this service.
(4) Device name (value set in the settings app), OS version, communication carrier information stored in the SIM, device model name, device identifier (identifierForVendor).
Acquisition method: Automatically acquired by the application.
Purpose of use: To identify the device when providing this service or to automatically acquire the ID through the SDK installed within the application for advertising purposes.
(5) Application version, application bundle ID, user agent.
Acquisition method: Automatically acquired by the application.
Purpose of use: To identify the application when providing this service.
(6) Purchase history.
Acquisition method: Automatically acquired by the application during in-app purchases.
Purpose of use: For inquiries and support related to this service.
2. Management of Privacy Information
Our company manages privacy information appropriately and does not provide it to third parties without the customer's consent. However, the following cases may require disclosure based on legal obligations:

(2) When necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property and obtaining consent from the customer is difficult.
